Introduction:
This policy is applicable to all those customers who are buying products from the website and Mobile Application of Royalebazaar.in (herein after referred as Ecommerce Platform). The policy is strictly applicable across all categories of products as well as any service offered by the RN Royaleshop LLP (herein after referred as the company).

Refund Policy:
 The refund policy is applicable to all categories of products available on the ecommerce platform. The policy is broken into various condition, criterias and such other cases for the benefit of the customer as well as safeguarding the interest of the company.

a)    For Real Jewelry :
In case of purchase of Real Jewellery, Refund and return will not be done for any of the products under this category. In case of Make to Order jewelry, 100% refund will be done to any of the customers  if return order is placed within 72 hours of the delivery. We sell real jewelry products at standard free size, the same has been mentioned in the description of the product.

Any minor servicing or repair due to damage of the product in transit on any of the products under real jewelry category will be done by the company on due investigation with the Logistic partner as well as the customer. The customer has to provide us images of the damage done on the product through email within 24 hours from the product received by the customer. If the customer fails to inform the company within 24 hours, then the company will not bear any of the expenditure for servicing or damage done to the product under any circumstances.


If any product is returned by the customer, the customer needs to ensure that no tags are removed from the product. Removal of any tags will tantamount to usage of the product and will attract flat 20% service charge, which will get deducted from the price paid by the customer or from his royalecash wallet.

The above service charges are excluding the rates mentioned for removal of tags as well as any other damage noticed by the company on inspection of the product on arrival of the return package.

b)    GEMS STONES
In case of purchase of any of the Certified Natural Gem Stones or color stone, the customer gets 24 hours free period  from the time of delivery of the product to lodge a complain for any defects, packaging issue and quality of the stone. After the expiry of 24 hours, the following are the rates applicable as service charges for refund of the colour stone :

c)    Imitation Jewelry
In case of purchase of Imitation jewelry, the customer gets 7 days free return and refund period subject to the clause of removal of tags from the product and any damage caused during the free period by the customer on inspection when the product is returned back to the company. If any product is returned by the customer, the customer needs to ensure that no tags are removed from the product. Removal of any tags will tantamount to usage of the product and will attract flat 20% service charge, which will get deducted from the price paid by the customer or from his royalecash wallet.

Outright purchase of Imitation jewelry cannot be converted into Rent-a-jewel scheme. Thus, any outright purchase of imitation jewelry will not attract any of the rent-a-jewel hiring charges.

d)    Artifacts, Home décor and Women accessories
In case of purchase of any product under artifacts, home décor and women accessories, the customer gets a free return period of 10 days from the date of delivery of product to the customer. After the expiry of the free return period, none of the products will be accepted by the company.

e)    Rent-a-jewel Scheme
Zero Deposit Scheme - Imitation Jewelry :

Under this scheme, the customer has to pay only the highest rent applicable for the product chosen by them for rental purpose. We do not keep any deposit with us. Refund of rent, wherever applicable will be done within 48 hours from the time when the quality inspection is done by the team for the products returned by our customer. 

Defect Charges may be applicable in cases where the product returned may be broken/defective. In such a case, for minor defects, the company may charge an amount maximum to Rs. 500 and in case of major defects/repairing, it will be at actual cost. Information regarding the same will be communicated to our customers before any deduction takes place.

Under this scheme, NO Removal of tags clause is applicable. The mentioned rates exclude any defect or damage found during physical inspection by the company in its premises when the products gets returned from the customer.
